This Privacy Statement sets out how SMJK Pandan management and operators/tenants (collectively referred to as "SMJK Pandan", "us" or "we") collect, store and handle personal information of individuals in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 ("PDPA") and other applicable laws of Malaysia.
